Questions
How much do I pay, and when?
Posting and comparing are free. When you pick a quote, you pay part of it online with UPI to book the truck. The rest goes to the transporter on delivery day. The total is exactly the price you accepted.
What if something is damaged?
Every transporter carries goods in transit insurance, and we check the policy before they can bid. If something is damaged, we help you claim against it and stay with you until it is settled.
Can the price go up later?
Before pickup, only if you agree, and by 10% at most. Once loading starts, our team has to approve any change, never the transporter’s word alone.
Why can’t transporters call me?
Before you book, you talk to transporters through chat in the app and your number stays private. Once you book, you both see each other’s number.
Which moves do you cover?
We are launching in Delhi NCR, for moves between cities. Local moves within NCR are not offered yet.
What if my list changes?
You can edit it until you accept a quote. An edit cancels the quotes made so far, so transporters can price the new list.
